Projects include Georgian, Victorian, and Edwardian period, properties, 20th Century buildings, Cornish vernacular architecture and barn conversions. Typically working on 4-5 bedroom properties, Richard is flexible in the scale, length and type of project, happily staging projects to manage both timescales and budgets.
